Native coast Gardens
Native Coast Gardens is a small business rooted in Essex County, Massachusetts, dedicated to upholding integrity, a strong work ethic, customer satisfaction and working in harmony with Mother Nature. We are on a mission to make the art of fine gardening more accessible and sustainable for all.
The Owner
My name is Emme Stroman, I fell in love with fine gardening at the age of 17 when I began what I thought would just be my summer job, on Pettengill Farms Gardening Team, The Petal Pushers. To my luck, I had strong mentors to teach me everything I needed to know and great leadership opportunities following my first year. I continued my work at Pettengill for five years.
I graduated to working as a Personal Horticulturist for a local family where I oversaw large and small scale design and install operations, daily maintenance and much more! This opportunity allowed me to see my potential in this field and strengthened my passion for gardening.
I love working with the earth and getting to be outside day to day. In 2023 I decided to take the leap and start my own garden design and maintenance business. I am proud of my accomplishments, opportunities and all that I learned in my first year as Owner/Operator of Native Coast Gardens. I am looking forward to 2024!
